Light and Circadian Biology #4 - Epi-Genetics

In Today’s Blog:
What is Environmental Stress? And how can you identify yours?
What is Epi-Genetics and how does it control our life?
What was Jean Baptiste Lamarck’s Theory of Evolution? And Why was it not more widely accepted?

Identifying Your Environmental Stressors

When the body is stressed it is in protection mode. This means it cannot grow at that time. This means when you are stressed, your body is receiving a signal to protect its survival functions. When in this state the brain is functioning primarily and the hind brain receives a greater portion of blood flow.

When the body is not stressed, it is in growth and regeneration. Within this area it is either focusing primarily on Growth and Reproduction or Healing and Longevity. One’s lifestyle can determine which of these the body is more focused on. If exercising, the body will be growing and improving metabolically. If experiencing feelings of love the body will become ready for reproduction. If in a safe, tranquil environment supported by sunlight, water and magnetism the body will be healing and if the body is unwell or being challenged, it will be focusing on not only healing but how it can stay alive for as long as possible.

What message are you sending your body daily?

If your environment and the way you are responding to it signals health, then you will be gaining energy, strength and longevity. If the opposite is true, then you will feel un-energized, unmotivated, unable to think clearly, somewhat stuck and lethargic.

How does your environment at work make you feel?

How does your environment at home make you feel?

Epi-Genetic Control (Environmental Genetic Creation)

Every atom and molecule give off and absorbs light in the form of energy waves. Coherence is real health. Coherence with our environment, coherence with others around us and coherence within ourselves. Coherence is consecutive constructive wave forms.

The field is the solo governing agency of the particle. We are connected. We are broadcasting devices giving the field shape.

Life is the result of protein gears (amino acids) being signalled (usually by sunlight). When proteins are signalled, they change their charge, size and shape and then moves throughout the system. This movement or animation is what life is.

Types of signals:

1.   Physical or Chemical signals
2.   Energetic signals

Energy signals are 100 times more effective at communicating information compared with physical chemical signals. These energy healing practices are Reiki, Fung Shei, Vibrational sound therapy, light therapy. “It’s much more effective to control biology via energy signals.” Bruce Lipton.

The cell membrane is a liquid crystal semiconductor with gates and channels. Our perceptions control life via our cell membranes/topology/surfaces.

Receptor and Effector Proteins: Types of Proteins in the Cell Membrane

The cell is reading the physical chemical signals as well as nonphysical (EMF) signals via its various protein receptors. The receptor plugs into the effector protein which then changes the function of the cell to meet the demands of the environment. In this way we can adapt to any environment by changing behaviour of the organism. These proteins switches are the brain of the memBRAIN.

Our Perception of the world = Signals from the environment are received by the receptor proteins and then mediate a function of the cell communicating with the effector protein. These receptors in the cell membrane are fundamental units of perception. “The way we perceive the world is the way our cells behave.”

The behaviour of an organism is a direct reflection of the environment it finds itself in. If the organism becomes disconnected from its environment it is no longer able to engage in meaningful behaviour because there is no more coordinated interpretation of the environmental signals and the cells healthy response.” Bruce Lipton

The switch controls behaviour and the switch is called perception. Perception controls behaviour.

Regulatory Proteins

Regulatory proteins prevent or allow genes to be read. In this way, the exposure of a gene is based on a signal stimulating a regulatory protein to change shape and allow the gene code to be copied by the RNA. This regulatory protein can reveal some, all or none of the genes code. Therefore it is the regulatory protein in charge of genetic expression, not the genes themselves.

Jean Baptiste Lamarck: Theory of Evolution

The more humans separate themselves from nature, the greater will be our disruption and social loss.” Jean Baptiste Lamarck

Evolution is a major cooperative strategy. Nature cares what the group does, not who’s the strongest individually. Whichever group fails to cooperate with the environment and each other will be extinguished. Everything is a community except what our brains tell us.

Inheritance of acquired characteristics. Environmental alterations can be passed onto offspring.

“Evolution is based on cooperation not competition, jut look at our cells inside of us!”

Using epi-genetic mechanisms to control the gene readout, epi-genetic mechanism can look at 1 gene blueprint and can create over 2,000 different expressions or versions! The gene blueprints make the buildingblocks but the epi-genetic control is the contractor which can assemble them in any way to make the final structure.

Epi-genetic control is driven by perception of the environment. Our perceptions are so powerful that they can change the readout of genes and cause expressions in any way the environment demands.

Genetic Capacitation – If the human is missing a gene which it requires, epi-genetic mechanisms can take an existing gene, modify it to make up for the gene we are missing, so that the expressions is such that the gene was always there all along.

Evolution is the opening of awareness. The more receptor and effector proteins you have stacked together side by side in a cell membrane, the more potential awareness and intelligence is present.

The mathematics responsible for the geometry responsible for the expansion of awareness must be fractal, meaning it can be infinitely complex. Nature reflects the fractal reality of evolution.

Cells operate in communities the same way humans are designed to operate, via cooperation. Collectively raising the consciousness of the organism and world. Cells possess a great wisdom for the creation of a functioning society.

Conclusion

We are energetic beings. Each of your cells is a conscious sub-unit of your overall consciousness. Just like we live in communities, so do our cells and the better they cooperate the greater the overall outcome. We are an integral part of nature. We are primordially connected to our environment. We resemble the health of our environment. The people in it. The plants in it. The animals in it. The energy and vibe in it. Your greatest influence on your mitochondria is the 3 foot radius around your body. Just like the 5 closest people around you determine a great deal of your personality and success in life. Find a community that supports your goals and dreams.. And spend as much time outdoors under the power of our sun as you possibly can. The sun is the greatest way to wind back the clock in your cells. Time is precious love every moment you get.
