Nathan is the Founder and CEO of ‘It’s Now You’, where he leads as a mitochondrial health coach, empowering health conscious individuals to achieve health excellence.
Nathan was diagnosed with Retinoblastoma at 9 months of age and is now legally blind. Nathan has thus been gifted strength of will and a deep sense of gratitude for life. By the age of 24, he was diagnosed with his second cancer and instantly began his journey towards health empowerment.
At ‘It’s Now You’ Nathan has consulted and coached clients from all over the globe and has worked and lived in Mexico for the past two years. Nathan’s passion is empowering people to develop healthy lifestyle habits to prevent chronic illness. Nathan studied a Diploma of Health and James Cook University and has completed several years of training in biophysics and quantum biology. Nathan is also nearly finished writing his first book, to be published in 2021.
Before Nathan began his health education, he graduated from The University of Melbourne with a bachelor’s degree in commerce.
One of Nathan’s favorite activity is swimming and he enjoys life best outside.

My special guest speaker Nathan Siles is truly a remarkable soul who is on a mission to help humanity achieve optimum health.
He is legally blind and has been since he was 9 months old. As a baby, Nathan received radiotherapy for bilateral retinoblastoma, is a rare type of juvenile cancer, and received radiation treatment in both eyes for a month. At the age of 24 Nathan was diagnosed with cancer for a second time. He subsequently underwent surgery and chemotherapy along with holistic naturopathic and herbal approaches. His health journey became priority number one at this point. Nathan has experimented with his own body to heal his health issues and studied alongside and mentored by the best scientists, medical doctors, and holistic therapy experts in the world.
Through rapidly learning and integrating this knowledge he began to not only understand his own physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health, but actually how nature optimises all life on earth. Playing by nature's rules, he discovered how to optimize his energy levels, sleep, cognitive function, emotional state of being and immune health, just to name a few.
